Once an order has been successfully placed, our fulfillment team begins preparing it for shipment. During periods of high demand, processing times may occasionally be extended, but we always strive to process orders as quickly as possible.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 4:00 PM (EST) are generally processed on the same business day.
Orders submitted after the daily cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Time
Most orders are delivered within 3–4 business days after shipment.

Shipping Fees
We currently offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States.
No minimum purchase amount is required to qualify for free shipping.
Shipping Locations
At this time, Buiva only ships to addresses located within the United States.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active after shipment.
Customers can use the provided tracking number to monitor delivery progress.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
While we cannot guarantee address changes after processing begins, our support team will make every reasonable effort to assist.
Buiva is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost, Missing, or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact our support team.

Damaged Packages

• Photos of the packaging
After reviewing the claim, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is refused or returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or other customer-related issues, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
